For Teachers and Educators

As a former teacher, I know firsthand the challenges of the profession—how it can feel like you’re constantly giving but never truly receiving the support you need. I remember being told that teacher well-being was about "doughnuts in the staffroom." While that might seem like a fun gesture, it’s nowhere near the holistic care teachers actually need. That moment stuck with me and became one of the reasons I left teaching. I didn’t feel cared for, and I know many of you have felt the same.

Teachers pour their energy into shaping future generations, but often, there’s little left for their own well-being. Burnout, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion are rampant, and the profession’s culture rarely addresses the deeper need for true self-care. Well-being for teachers is not just about quick fixes or token gestures. It’s about creating sustainable habits that nurture emotional, physical, and mental health—without sacrificing the quality of teaching or the passion that brought you into education.

That’s why it’s now my mission to provide teachers with the tools to support themselves—giving you the space to fill your own cup first. I visit schools to share best practices, strategies, and tools that address the real needs of educators.
